Wildflower Wreath

I am truly pleased with this wreath and appreciate that it can be hung on a partially covered porch and withstand the weather.
The colors are so vibrant. This wreath makes me feel happy!

Never buy from here if you ever want to receive your order.

Made an order in early November for Christmas decorations. The order finally arrived December 24th. The order was not complete and included the incorrect tree lights that the sales/service representative told us to order to replace the lights that failed on one of their trees. When we tried to make a return on December 26th Balsam Hill representative said it was too late to return any of the order even thought they recommended the wrong lights. Calls to customer service were a waste of time. The complete order was never received and they refused to give any refund. DO NOT BUY from this is fly by night store.

I ordered a tree from another company…

I ordered a tree from another company before Christmas it arrived January 6th and the tree was shocking and I quickly sent the tree back to the other company. We looked at Balsam and what a beautiful tree we picked. The tree was delivered within five days and quickly assembled the tree. We love the tree so much that we took it down the first week in March.

So I purchased some replacement light…

So I purchased some replacement light bulbs for my 3 year old Christmas tree. And what I recieved did not fit. I had to really search the website to find what I needed only to discover that they no longer carried those bulbs. I had to go to Amazon and find the bulbs I need. Don't know why Balsam Hill doesn't do this for their customers, they would make a good profit reselling fewer bulbs at a higher price. And I had to press for an answer from "Hill" because early on I got several emails assuming my problem was solved when in fact no one had contacted me yet. Pretty sloppy customer service organization. Thanks

Website wouldn’t let me cancel 20 min…

Website wouldn’t let me cancel 20 min after I placed my order. When I called they said it was too late and couldn't cancel after 30 min. I just wanted a size bigger. I ended up getting the tree and it will cost me a 25 dollar fee to return and order another one. Seems like a scam.

The tree collar is beautiful but…

The tree collar is beautiful but doesn’t fit! I even called before ordering to double check and was assured that it was made to fit with the tree I was purchasing. For the exorbitant price we shouldn’t have a 6” gap in the collar.

Good company

High quality tree but make sure you open the box and air it out because sometimes you a very strong mole smell.

Total rip off

Total rip off. I order Christmas plaid ribbon it was not delivered I called customer service after waiting for 25 minutes and explained. They assured me my rib ion was being sent and it was never received

BEWARE

I purchased a tree for approximately $1,000. with the peace of mind that I would not have to string lights. After 3 years, the lights did not work and the tree was replaced. Once again, the same problem has occurred after 3 yrs with the second tree - no lights! I am outraged at the lack of help from Balsam Hill and that they are not standing by their product. BEWARE!
